And, as you may have noticed if you've watched the previous Design Challenges, I've changed the distribution of the games through the videos. Each video now contains 16 microgames each, whereas it was previously 18-18-12. 1. "Core Blaster" from Mike: This microgame is way, WAY overly hard. The laser blasts from the enemy don't have any pattern or a pre-set direction, hitting one of which will make you lose, the arrows are tiny and difficult to click while concentrating on dodging, and on top of it all, you need to get three of your own lasers into the "core" to defeat it, which clears the microgame. The first attempt you see in this video, I won through a fluke as I didn't have to move the spaceship anywhere. This is a game that is actually frequently unwinnable due to chance. 2. "Jungle Pals" from Aaron: This can be difficult the first time you play it; it's largely trial and error until you remember where the animals are located. It's easy after that. 3. "Zoo Escape" from Nick: Remember to lock the cages after you've put back the animals. This is what makes this one stand out, as it's more than just a simple click on the animals to win. 4. "Pet Bottler" from Jordan: This is quite random, and yet it's pretty clear you're supposed to bottle the cat. The bottle's movement may be a problem in faster speeds, but that's part of the point. 5. Simple Living - Wandering Around the Orchard and Garden in June, Eating What I Find

I take a stroll around the land in the summer heat and sample the delicious morsels I find. An unfortunate young hare had the same idea, but ran into my cat. The wild edibles I find in this instalment are: lamb's quarters, amaranth, prickly pear pads, purslane, wild kale, mallow, prickly lettuce and chamomile. Sunflowers are featured as a green manure plant as well as a companion plant for shading cucumbers in the hot summer. Basil is used as a companion plant with tomatoes. I also take a look at one of my second-year bell pepper plants, and munch on a couple of tomato varieties: Currant Sweet Pea, and an unknown cross between Black Cherry and something else. You might notice the sparse foliage on some of my tomato plants. This land was a tomato plantation sometime before I bought it, and the soil still has disease in it, so I'm forced to strip any diseased leaves off each affected tomato plant to stop it from spreading and killing the plant. Next year I'm going to have to plant my tomatoes on virgin land higher up on the mountain and work on curing the affected soil. My girlfriend told me she heard that old-timers planted onions and garlic to leech disease out of their soil, so I'm currently trying to find out more on that, if anyone has any information. This is only my second year working this land, and I couldn't be happier with it so far. If you are a coffee lover you might be tempted to pay for a cup of the most expensive coffee in the world. Indonesia's velvety tasting brew, Kopi Luwak, gives new meaning to rich coffee. It can cost up to $50 per cup. "The supply is very limited in the world that makes the price is very expensive," Kopi Luwak brand managing director Henry Fernando said. The reason the supply is limited has to do with how the beans are initially processed. Just a warning here, it isn't pretty. Kopi means coffee in Indonesian and Luwak is a wild Asian palm civet, a fury creature that looks like a cross between a cat and a ferret. The civet climbs the coffee trees to find the best berries, eats them, digests the berries and eventually out comes the coffee beans in its stools. Farmers then pick up the civet droppings and take the beans to a processing plant. Something about the gastric juices in the civet's stomach gives Kopi Luwak its unique flavor.

THE TORNADO WAS RATED EF3 ON THE ENHANCED FUJITA SCALE WITH MAXIMUM WINDS OF 136 TO 165 MPH. THE TORNADO HAD A PATH LENGTH OF 13.2 MILES AND A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF AROUND 100 YARDS. Entry from: Canaima National Park, Venezuela Entry Title: "Highest waterfall in the world, the Angel Falls" Entry: "First stop in Venezuela, Caracas, and arguably the most dangerous city in the continent. We had a 6 hour stopover here before our connecting flight to Ciudad Bolivar, and we had at one time thought maybe we should go and visit the city in this time. However, our 'bibles' said that it can take 2 hours to get from the city to the airport (if unlucky), and after seeing the taxis (which were big, scary looking, black jeeps) we thought maybe it was safer to remain where we were... We found a TGI Fridays, and treated ourselves to some American food, which helped to pass the time ok (just about). 2 more take offs as we stopped first in Maturin, and we finally arrived in Ciudad Bolivar at 9.30pm. It was an eerie ride to the hostel as we passed nobody on the streets at all and very few cars, and no stopping for red traffic lights. Apparently, there is a voluntary curfew after dark! Our hostel didn't seem to know we were arriving, but being empty it was not much problem for them. And what a gorgeous hostel it was, with hammocks, a bar and huge kitchen and gynormous rooms. Almost a shame we were leaving at 6.45am for Canaima! Yet another flight, but this time in a 5 seater plane, we headed south ...
